How to send a parcel

A simple guide — from packing to delivery. Follow the steps below and we’ll deliver your parcel quickly and hassle-free.

Prepare your parcel

Packaging must be:

  • sturdy and reliable

  • fully sealed (no access to contents)

  • with space for labels and address

Size limits

  • Sum of three sides — up to 180 cm

  • Length — up to 100 cm

  • Oversized parcels — accepted with additional fee

Important

  • Additional charges may apply for excess weight
  • Overweight allowance up to 0.020 kg
  • Administrative fee — £2.50

Print your documents

After booking, your documents will be available by email and in your account.

What to do

  • Print the documents
  • Attach them to your parcel as instructed in the email

Important

  • Parcels without labels are not accepted
  • If you didn’t receive the email — check Spam, your account or contact us

Hand over your parcel

    Hand it over to the courier

    Drop it off at a pickup point

If you are sending several parcels

  • submit each parcel separately
  • each parcel has its own tracking number

Track your delivery

After dispatch

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email
  • Track your delivery in your account anytime

If not collected in time, a return process will start (up to 6 months). Returns may take longer and incur additional charges.

Important points

  • If the weight or dimensions differ from the declared values, an extra charge may apply

  • Drop-off is available if a courier doesn’t suit your schedule
