How to Pack Your Parcel

Secure packaging protects your shipment during sorting and international transport. Choose a sturdy box suitable for the size and weight of the contents.

Wrap fragile items separately and use protective cushioning.
Fill empty space so items cannot move inside the box.
Secure heavy and sharp items carefully.
Do not use damaged, deformed or overfilled boxes.
Do not send parcels in suitcases, bags or soft packaging.
Remove old labels, addresses and barcodes.
Close the box securely and tape all main seams.
Place shipping labels on a flat outer surface with clearly readable barcodes.

Before handing over the parcel, check that it is securely closed and suitable for international transport.
