How to send parcel

Packaging must be solid, the contents must not be accessible, should have sufficient space for attaching accompanying documents and address label.
Maximum parcel dimensions: three-way combined length - 180cm, length - 100cm

To arrange sending a parcel follow the link Send Parcel, fill in the form, choose Courier Pick-up or Drop-Off Location.

Once we have your order for delivery parcel , we shall process your order and e-mail you all necessary documents (address label for courier or drop-off point and barcode for your parcel).

You will get an invoice with tracking number. You will be able to make paypal or bank payment using information provided in your invoice. If it appears you didn’t get your invoice, please check Spam section and transfer our emails to Inbox for future correspondents.

Delivery can be tracked here, tracking information will start updating once it’s been processed by the Central European sorting office in Germany usually 3-4 days after shipment.

Please be advised you should provide correct weight details in order to avoid delays as in case of incorrect details provided we will have to produce separate invoice and we will proceed only once we have received cleared payment thereof.

All parcels arrive at the nearest post office, if you want home delivery, you need to contact the local post office directly or arrange home delivery via the mobile application.

Please note that the storage period of the parcel at the post office is 2 weeks.

All parcels are insured for declare amount, maximum 100 USD, if you want additional insurance, then this is 3% of the amount for which you want to insure. From 01.01.2020, parcels are not taxed, the cost of investments of which is up to 200 euros.
